About Project
Intergal-Bud is a company that has been shaping a comfortable and livable city for 20 years. During this time, they have built homes for over 25,000 families in Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Chernivtsi, Mukachevo, Uzhhorod, and Odesa. They continue to do so during the full-scale war and constant missile attacks.
Idea
People come to Intergal-Bud for real estate — both residential and commercial. To rent, buy, take out a mortgage, sell, or lease. These are different audience groups that require different content and approaches. But most importantly, all of them see their future with us.We developed a new strategy for the brand, shifting the focus from direct sales to stories about the company and the life of its projects.
Content
Together with Intergal-Bud, we work on creating unique content in the residential construction sector — professional photography, storytelling, video content, and artificial intelligence. The results are already live on the brand’s pages and are being actively implemented by our team every day.In the near future, we will also announce a new large-scale charity project aimed at restoring Ukraine’s housing stock.
